Basic principles of human rights; roles and development of International and Thai human rights; concepts, norms, and machinery of human rights in Thailand and other countries; community rights; human rights and gender rights; human rights problems in Thailand and other countries; state developmental policies affecting human rights; concepts of morality, ethics, and social responsibilities of the government personnel; self-performance according to good governance; ethical issues in the globalization era and their social impacts; developing guidelines on morality and ethics.
